Hotel Central Jasná, developed by Tatra Mountain Resorts (TMR Group), is set to become the new landmark of Slovakia’s premier ski destination. Featuring six floors, 400+ beds, and 250 parking spaces, this ski-in/ski-out hotel redefines resort living by combining luxury, convenience, and the breathtaking natural beauty of the Low Tatras. With an investment of €65 million, the project is scheduled for completion in 2025.
To refine the hotel’s design, TMR Group partnered with Virtuplex, leveraging its immersive VR platform to collaboratively model both interior and exterior spaces. This real-time virtual walkthrough enabled the team to optimize layouts, enhance guest experiences, and secure necessary approvals. The integration of Virtuplex’s technology facilitated swift, aligned decision-making, reducing lead times and minimizing costly design revisions.
